I know SS.
I didnt want to start a new thread about the RS! I've only started looking at the RS now as I drove one last week.
But I couldn't afford an RS. An older ST is still what I'm on the market for.

good value for money I had a 2008 in burnt orange, and an ST170 in Panther Black.
Not as fast as the m3, rs3 or evo , but, better looking, and a fuck site cheaper.
Dooo it.

The next series they put out ain't all that much as I have heard.

Cholo, I'm bumping again cos I took a Focus RS out on a track yesterday and what an amazing piece of engineering that car is. Ok, not so fast from a cold start but when that baby gets purring there's no stopping it. And the handling and responsiveness is incredible.
Who needs a BMW M3, Audi RS3 or Golf R?
For the money, you get more with the Focus.

Booked in to drive the Focus RS500 in a couple of weeks, I can't wait I tell thee!!! 345hp, 0-60 in 5.3 secs. Any Ford fans out there driven the 500?

Ordered one of the special edition Zetec S Red's the other day.
140 bhp in a 1.0L! Nowhere near the power of the Focus ST but not far off the fiesta version and should be a laugh.

Just be very choosey what ST you buy second hand.
I sold because it was two door and being an old git I had 2 grandkids then (now 3). Too much of a faff getting them in/out etc.

1964, I can't afford new so it will be a used. I have a particular colour in mind. The electric blue and will wait as long as necessary until I find a more 'mature owner' with one for sale.
